As a visitor on the Shanghai-Beijing 7 Days High-Speed Train Tour offered by CHINAPRIVATETOUR, I have to say that it was an amazing experience. The tour was well-planned and executed, and I got to see some of the most famous and iconic landmarks in China.

The tour started in Shanghai, and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We visited the Bund, which is a must-see attraction in Shanghai. The view of the skyline from the Bund was breathtaking. We also visited the Yuyuan Garden, which is a traditional Chinese garden with beautiful landscapes and buildings.

Next, we took a high-speed train to Beijing, and the journey was comfortable and convenient. I recently went on a 9-day tour package to Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou organized by Trips to Shanghai, and I must say it was an amazing experience! I recently went on a family trip to China and used China Private Tours to organize our itinerary. Bonnie, our agent, was extremely helpful and responsive, making the booking process very easy.

All of our guides were fantastic, providing great recommendations for local food and being very professional and accommodating throughout our trip. The drivers were also very experienced and kept their cars very clean, ensuring our safety and comfort.

I want to give special recognition to three of our guides who really stood out. First, Sarah in Xi'an helped us tremendously when one of our friends had to return home due to a family emergency. She was able to arrange a flight for him that same evening, which was a huge relief for all of us.

Second, Lucy in Beijing was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She arranged a birthday cake for my friend, which was a very nice surprise and made her feel very special.

Finally, Lily in Shanghai was a lot of fun and shared many interesting stories about growing up in the city. She was also very organized and considerate, making sure we got the best photo opportunities at all the sights we visited.

Hello, I’m really hoping you have a trip starting on April 22nd, 23rd, or 24th that you can squeeze me on. I’m a solo traveler and I’d bought a tour through intrepid, but they canceled the tour on me and my flight (purchased separately) was non-refundable. I fly to Shanghai on April 22, 2023 and leave Beijing on April 30. I already have my visa and passport and I’m in good health and easy to work with.

The entire day was planned and customized to what we wanted, professionally managed and executed. Shanghai is an amazing city with so much history, stunning architecture old and new. The day started with a pickup at our hotel, then a walk to Yu Gardens. Our family enjoyed every minute of this wonderful, amazing city tour Shanghai! Autumn is knowledgeable, thoughtful, careful and friendly. Our van was cool and comfortable and the driver was excellent and everything went to schedule. Autumn expertly navigated us through all of the required reservations and health checks at our stops. We began in charming Old Shanghai on the way into Yu Gardens that was so much better with Autumn's interpretive knowledge which revealed details and stories that really brought each site we visited alive. We stopped for a delicious lunch at a lovely resurant where Autumn helped us order a fabulous Chinese meal. After lunch we toured the impressive Jade Buddha Temple and went to the French Concession for coffee in a cafe and did a little shopping :) We later went to the Oriental Pearl Tower which gave us amazing views of Pudong, the river and the Bund just as the sun was starting to cast long shadows. What a memorable, beautiful holiday in Shanghai! Autumn is the best! We loved this customised tour so much that we booked Autumn again for a Zhujiajiou Water Town tour later in our week, and we think you should too!!

Sam's China Private Tours in Shanghai sent me a text within 30 minutes of booking to make sure we were in contact. Our guide Autumn arrived on time with a very nice car and driver. Her English was excellent and she was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Chinese history and culture. We saw some fabulous places many of which you might not get on a regular tour. Autumn's cheerful disposition made my wife and I feel we were with a dear friend showing us around this wonderful city. 5 stars are too few - we had a wonderfully day in Shanghai and would highly recommend Autumn and Sam's China Private Tour

Lisa guided me and two of my friends on a tour of Zhujiajiao Water Town during the epidemic (Shanghai is under contol and open for tourism), with a couple of additional stop in the French Concession area on our way back to the hotel. Lisa is simply an amazing tour guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable of Chinese history, and we learned so much - particularly about Shanghai - during the course of our trip to and from Zhujiajiao. Her English is perfect, which is a huge bonus for those of us who don't speak a word of Mandarin. She provided us with one of our very best travel experiences, and I can't recommend Lisa highly enough.
