We were on a cruise stopping at Shanghai port and booked this day tour. Driver was waiting right at the gangway with a sign - no confusion about meeting point. Guide joined us at the bund and we hit the major sights efficiently. We asked to skip the jade gallery and spend more time at yuyuan garden and they accommodated it without issue. Back at the ship with time to spare before departure. The round trip transfer was seamless.
We were a group of 4 (2 couples) who were collected from the cruise port by the lovely Nancy who was so informative and knowledgeable. She was an absolute delight to spend the day with and can’t recommend her enough. Showed us all the highlights and went out of her way to find us the westernised toilets.
