The sight of the Hallelujah Mountain was truly awe-inspiring, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide to explain the legends surrounding it.

Finally, we wrapped up our trip in Shanghai, where our guide showed us both the modern and traditional sides of the city. The Huangpu River night cruise was the perfect way to say goodbye to China, with the city’s skyline sparkling in the night. The Mutianyu Great Wall was by far one of the highlights of the trip! The views were absolutely stunning, and the history behind it was fascinating. Our guide was fantastic—she not only shared interesting facts about the Wall’s construction but also made sure we had plenty of time to take in the breathtaking scenery. The hike up wasn’t easy, but the sense of accomplishment at the top was incredible. Watching the vast, rolling hills stretch out before us was a moment I’ll never forget. Our 13-day tour from Beijing to Shanghai was simply incredible! From the moment we arrived in Beijing, the trip was well-organized, and every city and site we visited was made special by our professional and friendly guides. Beijing was an excellent start, with Tian'anmen Square and the Forbidden City offering an impressive historical backdrop. The Summer Palace was a serene escape, and our guide’s detailed explanations made it even more meaningful.

Xi’an was another highlight, where we marveled at the Terracotta Warriors and took in the history of the Ancient City Wall and the bustling Muslim Quarter. Our guide’s passion for the city’s history really brought everything to life. Then we hopped on a high-speed train to Guilin, where the Li River Cruise and the picturesque Yangshuo countryside left us in awe of China’s natural beauty.

The Yangtze River Cruise was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City was both fascinating and a little eerie! We also took in the breathtaking views of the Three Gorges and Shennv Stream, which were some of the highlights of the entire tour. After arriving in Yichang, we flew to Shanghai, where we explored the French Concession, the Bund, and Nanjing Road. Our Shanghai guide showed us the perfect mix of old-world charm and modern flair.
