Day 1 Shanghai-Lhasa

Today, enjoy a relaxed morning in Shanghai before your private driver arrives at your hotel at the pre-arranged time. You’ll easily spot them in the lobby holding a "Your Way Holiday" welcome sign. After a smooth ride to Shanghai Pudong International Airport, you’ll board your flight to Lhasa, a journey of approximately 7 hours. Upon landing, your local Tibetan guide and driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with the same familiar "Your Way Holiday" sign. Your guide will warmly welcome you, assist with your luggage, and share useful tips about altitude adjustment along the way. Once at your hotel in downtown Lhasa, the guide will help with check-in, ensure you’re comfortable, and remain available in case you need anything—whether it’s a quick pharmacy run, extra bottled water, or just some advice on where to take a gentle walk. The rest of the day is yours to relax and acclimatize to the highland air, with the peace of mind that your guide is just a call away.

Day 2 Lhasa

After breakfast, you'll visit the Drepung Monastery. Founded in 1416 by the renowned Buddhist leader Jamyang Choeje, Drepung Monastery is not only the largest monastery in Tibet but also one of the most historically significant centers of Tibetan Buddhism. Day 5 Shigatse - Tingri - EBC
