Had such a great day exploring Hangzhou! Our guide was super friendly, spoke great English, and shared so many cool facts and stories, especially during the West Lake cruise and at the bamboo trail in Yunqi. The company was also really easy to deal with—fast replies, very flexible, and everything went smoothly from booking to the end of the tour. Our driver was great too—the car was clean, no weird smells, and he drove really steadily the whole way. Loved how the itinerary covered so much in just one day—cruising on West Lake, walking through peaceful tea fields and bamboo paths, then wrapping up at the lively Hefang Street. Everything was well-timed and we never felt rushed. Would totally recommend it if you're short on time but want to see the best of Hangzhou!
