He was friendly, knew everything about the places we visited, and his stories really made landmarks like The Bund and the Zhujiajiao Water Town come alive. He connected well with our family, making our experience both fun and informative.Our driver, Mr. Li, was a pro at navigating Shanghai’s bustling streets, always making sure we were comfortable and on schedule. It was tough to say goodbye; by the end, Tom and Mr. Li felt more like friends than just our tour team.
