We had an absolutely wonderful half-day tour to Zhujiajiao Water Town from Shanghai, and I can’t recommend it enough. Our guide Andy was exceptional! He picked us up right on time, and his knowledge of the area really brought the history of Zhujiajiao to life. From Fangsheng Bridge to the picturesque Kezhi Garden, Andy’s detailed explanations helped us appreciate the historical significance of the town. The tour was relaxed, but still packed with insightful stories and fascinating local lore.

The highlight for me was wandering through the Deep Lanes and Quiet Alleys. Andy led us off the beaten path, showing us hidden gems that we wouldn’t have found on our own. We had some time to stroll around North Street and enjoy a traditional snack, which was the perfect balance of guided exploration and free time.
