I recently had the incredible privilege of embarking on a 15-day odyssey through the captivating cities of Beijing, Xi'an, a memorable Yangtze River cruise, and the dazzling finale in Shanghai. This remarkable journey was elevated to the extraordinary by the extraordinary guides who accompanied us at every step of our adventure.

Beijing - Lily's Patience and Exceptional English:
Our voyage commenced in Beijing, where we were graciously guided by Lily. Her patience and meticulous attention to detail were nothing short of inspiring. She masterfully navigated us through the bustling heart of the capital, ensuring we experienced each breathtaking highlight. Lily's impeccable command of English made our interactions effortless, and her enlightening narratives breathed life into Beijing's historic treasures.

Xi'an - Alex's Profound Cultural Revelations:
Next, we ventured to Xi'an, a city steeped in history, and our guide Alex welcomed us with open arms. His profound grasp of Chinese history and culture was awe-inspiring. As we uncovered the secrets of Xi'an, including the awe-inspiring Terracotta Warriors, Alex regaled us with tales that transported us through time. His encyclopedic knowledge transformed Xi'an's heritage into a living, breathing tapestry of human history.

Yangtze River Cruise - A Symphony of Scenic Beauty:
Our sojourn along the Yangtze River was a serenade to the senses, a tranquil interlude amid nature's grandeur. The attentive onboard crew pampered us with impeccable service as we journeyed through awe-inspiring landscapes. Every bend of the river revealed breathtaking vistas, and this cruise allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in China's natural beauty.

Shanghai - Autumn's Heartwarming Welcome:
Finally, our epic voyage led us to Shanghai, where we were embraced by the boundless warmth of our guide, Autumn. Her passion for the city was infectious, and she introduced us to the vibrant tapestry of Shanghai's culture and modern marvels. Her encyclopedic knowledge of the city's history and contemporary developments added depth and resonance to our experience. Our time in Shanghai was nothing short of magical.

This 15-day sojourn through China was not just a tour but a transcendental journey through time, culture, and nature. The enchantment and profound memories I carry with me are, in large part, a testament to the exceptional team of guides who transformed our exploration into a deeply emotional and soul-stirring adventure.

I wholeheartedly and ardently recommend this extraordinary tour to anyone yearning to explore the profound beauty and culture of China. It's a pilgrimage of the heart and soul, made possible by the extraordinary guides who touched our lives in ways words can scarcely convey.

My husband and I just returned from a 15 days "Best of China:Tour customized for us by China Private Tour. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Roger was our coordinator in China and he was friendly, professional and efficient in making the arrangements before we left. He was quick to respond to our questions and was helpful throughout. He even called during the trip to check in on how things were going. Each destination on the trip was great- the guides and drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our interests and needs. Thank you to Angela in Beijing, Anna in Xian, Raimon in Guilin, Yung in Chongqing,,Kitty in Yichang, Alex in Chengdu and Alex in Shanghai- and of course our drivers in each place. We will never forget the beauty of the Li River and the Yangtze River and the 3 Gorges, the beautiful cities of Xian, the cute panda in Chengdu....And we will especially remember the wonderful people that we met. Thanks to everyone. I heartily recommend China Private Tour to anyone who want to travel to China.

My husband and I just did a 15-day private tour of China, and we enjoyed the experience tremendously! First of all, the organization was top-notch. Prior to the trip, I spent months and months communicating with China Private Tour consultant Bonnie via email tailoring and customizing our trip, and she was always polite, professional, and super patient (even though I kept changing the itinerary up to a month before the trip lol). But the result was well worth it! I am happy to say there wasn't a single mishap - all the hotels were great, we were met by our guides at every airport and train station promptly, they saw us off to make sure we'd get to our next destination safely, and in general took great care of us. While all of our guides were wonderful (although we did have occasional difficulties understanding some of them), I want to especially mention two - Julia in Xian and Qin in Chengdu. Their English was superb, their knowledge vast, and their personalities just amazing. Patient, considerate, helpful, and super friendly, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the experience. All in all, we had an amazing time touring China with China Private Tour, and can't recommend them highly enough! Definitely a five-star experience!
