She was knowledgeable, engaging, and went the extra mile, sharing fascinating tidbits of history and even pointing out little details we would have missed without her keen eye.

One thing I really appreciated about the trip was the flexibility Your Way Holiday offered when we had changes in our schedule. There was one day in Beijing when we realized we wanted to adjust our itinerary to visit a specific market instead of one of the scheduled stops. Bonnie and Hanah worked together to rearrange the day’s schedule without any trouble. They ensured we didn’t miss out on anything and still managed to balance the day perfectly, all while making us feel like we had the freedom to explore on our own terms.

Our time in Chengdu with Andy was a highlight of the trip. Andy’s humor and local knowledge made our visit to the Chengdu Panda Base so much fun. He was incredibly patient, making sure we got the perfect photos with the pandas and explaining the conservation efforts in a way that truly resonated with us. Afterward, Andy introduced us to some of Chengdu’s famous hot pot restaurants, adjusting the spice level to our preferences (I am not a fan of extremely spicy food, and Andy made sure I was comfortable). He was flexible, thoughtful, and genuinely passionate about sharing his city’s culture with us.

Even when we reached the Yangtze River, Your Way Holiday continued to impress. The Yangtze River cruise was perfectly organized, with enough time to take in the scenery, visit the Three Gorges Dam, and enjoy shore excursions. There was a minor hiccup with our dinner reservation in Yichang, but Bonnie immediately took action, arranging a new, beautiful venue for us within an hour. Her promptness and dedication to our comfort ensured we never had to worry about anything.

Throughout the entire journey, the logistics were seamless, and the local drivers were professional and punctual. From picking us up at airports and train stations to ensuring smooth transfers between cities, everything was handled with precision.
