I recently had the chance to visit Xi'an, and it was an unforgettable experience, thanks to our amazing guide, Andy. The journey began with a high-speed train ride from Shanghai, which was smooth and comfortable, setting the tone for the rest of the trip. Once in Xi'an, we kicked off the adventure with a visit to the Datang Sleepless City, a vibrant cultural experience that gave us a taste of ancient Chinese life and entertainment. The Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show was a spectacular blend of traditional art and performance, while the Dumpling Banquet was a culinary highlight, offering a variety of delicious local specialties.

On the second day, we explored the Terracotta Warriors, where Andy’s insightful commentary helped us understand the history behind this world-famous archaeological site. The visit to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda was equally impressive, with its serene surroundings and historical significance. The final day took us through Xi’an's Ancient City Wall, which provided stunning views of the city’s mix of ancient and modern architecture. We also stopped by the Xi’an Museum, where we learned more about the region’s rich history, and the bustling Muslim Quarter, where we sampled local street food. Andy’s professionalism, local knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the entire trip enjoyable, while the driver ensured a comfortable and seamless experience.
