Cycling through Shanghai on an eco-friendly bike tour was the perfect way to experience the city's vibrant history and stunning architecture. Our guide was excellent, providing insightful commentary while making sure the pace was relaxed and enjoyable. We started at The Bund, soaking in the iconic skyline, then rode over to Yu Garden, where the peaceful surroundings offered a lovely contrast to the city hustle. The City God Temple was another highlight, filled with local charm and rich cultural history. Tianzifang's narrow lanes were buzzing with art galleries and quirky shops, while the Former French Concession gave us a glimpse into Shanghai's colonial past with its leafy streets and beautiful old buildings. Wukang Road, with its historic architecture, was particularly picturesque, and we enjoyed cycling along the peaceful Xuhui Riverside to finish off the tour. The bike ride was comfortable, the guide was personable and informative, and the entire experience was a great way to see Shanghai while being eco-friendly.
