I had a short layover in Shanghai and decided to make the most of it with a quick city tour. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Our guide met us at the airport and took us straight to Yuyuan Garden, where we marveled at the beautiful traditional Chinese landscaping and architecture. Then we visited the Jade Buddha Temple, which was peaceful and offered a glimpse into Shanghai’s spiritual side. The Old French Concession was charming, with its tree-lined streets and historical European architecture. Finally, we wrapped up with stunning views of The Bund, with its incredible skyline. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and the driver ensured we had a comfortable, stress-free experience. This tour was a perfect way to experience a slice of Shanghai during a layover, and I highly recommend it for anyone with a few hours to spare!
