Our team of 8 new employees did this three-day Shanghai-Xi'an tour for team building, and it was way more bonding than we expected—all thanks to the company, local guide Autumn, and a driver who rolled with our vibe.
The company handled group high-speed train tickets, group site access, and even arranged a small team photo session at key spots. Guide Autumn was super fun—she turned Terracotta Warriors into a trivia game and took us to a lively Muslim Quarter spot for group hot pot. She also organized a mini "race" on the Ancient City Wall (we rented bikes and cheered each other on) and found a perfect spot at Giant Wild Goose Pagoda for our team photo after sunset. Our driver had a spacious van, made quick stops for group snack runs, and kept the music upbeat. By the end, we were closer than ever. Perfect for team building in Xi'an!
