Andy’s one-day Hangzhou tour was exactly the refreshing escape I needed from Shanghai’s bustle. Her style is warm and unhurried, making even a packed itinerary feel relaxed. The West Lake boat cruise was lovely—she shared just enough stories to make the views feel rich, not overwhelming.

Hefang Street was fun with her guiding the way—she steered me clear of tourist traps and pointed out a tiny incense shop that smelled like a piece of old Hangzhou. The Impression West Lake Show to end the day was magical, and Andy even had great seats reserved. By the time I got back on the train, I felt both immersed in Hangzhou’s charm and totally at ease—all thanks to Andy’s thoughtful guidance.
