Our family of four recently completed the 3-day Shanghai-Beijing tour, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, largely thanks to our incredible Beijing guide, Andy, and the seamless organization.

From the moment we arrived at Beijing South Station, Andy was there to greet us with a warm smile and a clearly marked sign. His English was excellent, and he immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout our two days in Beijing, Andy's knowledge was astounding. He wasn't just reciting facts; he was telling stories. At the Mutianyu Great Wall, he knew the perfect timing to avoid the biggest crowds and shared fascinating histories about the different watchtowers. His advice to take the cable car up and the toboggan down was spot on – a huge hit with the kids! At the Forbidden City, he navigated the vast complex with ease, pointing out intricate details we would have missed and explaining the significance of the various halls in a way that was engaging for all ages. He even helped us find a quiet spot in the Summer Palace to truly appreciate its beauty.

The company's logistics were impeccable. The high-speed train tickets were delivered to our hotel in Shanghai without any hassle. In Beijing, we had a dedicated driver, Mr. Li, who was always punctual, a very safe driver, and his vehicle was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The coordination between Andy and Mr. Li was flawless; we never waited a single minute for our transport.

Andy's professionalism shone through in every aspect. He was attentive to our pace, always ensuring we were comfortable, and offered great local restaurant recommendations. He handled everything so smoothly that we could just relax and immerse ourselves in the sights. This trip exceeded our expectations, and a significant part of that credit goes to Andy. We highly recommend this tour and specifically request Andy if you're visiting Beijing!
