Our 9-day journey across China exceeded all expectations, made even better by the outstanding guides—Andy, Darcy, and Autumn. From the very start in Shanghai, Andy’s professionalism and deep knowledge of the city’s history set the tone. He guided us expertly through bustling streets and tranquil gardens, ensuring we didn’t miss any highlights, especially during the boat cruise along the Huangpu River, which was an unforgettable experience.

In Suzhou, Darcy took over, showing us a quieter side of China with a visit to Lingering Garden and Tiger Hill. He was always attentive, answering all our questions and giving us insight into Suzhou’s cultural richness. Then in Hangzhou, Autumn’s passion for her city was contagious. She made West Lake feel magical with her storytelling and showed us the peaceful sides of Hangzhou, including the charming tea plantations. Finally, in Huangshan, we were treated to stunning views of the mountains, with Hanah (our Huangshan guide) leading the way, offering tips for capturing the perfect photos and ensuring we had a comfortable pace to enjoy the scenery.
