My wife and I had a fantastic time on the 3-Day Shanghai Tour that included a visit to Zhujiajiao Water Town. John, our guide, was excellent. He was always on time, informative, and very adaptable to our needs. The city highlights on the first two days were great, especially Yu Garden and The Bund. But Zhujiajiao on the second day was the real gem for us—a charming water town full of history.
We had a little hiccup with the weather, as it got quite hot, but John suggested we cool off at a lovely tea house, where we got to enjoy some tea while learning about the culture. His flexibility made the day even more enjoyable. By the time we returned to Shanghai, we felt like we had truly experienced both the modern and traditional sides of the city. Highly recommend this tour if you want a nice balance between sightseeing and relaxation!
