This 3-day tour from Shanghai to Hangzhou and Wuzhen exceeded all our hopes, thanks to great planning and a focus on real local charm. The company was responsive from the start: when we asked to spend extra time in Wuzhen instead of adding a temple in Hangzhou, they adjusted the schedule quickly and confirmed the changes with a detailed email.

The guide was fantastic—friendly, fluent in English, and full of great tips. In Hangzhou, she took us to a hidden tea house overlooking West Lake instead of the crowded tourist spots, explaining how Longjing tea is harvested and brewed. In Wuzhen, she led us through the quiet back lanes, pointing out ancient well heads and traditional wood-carved windows we’d have missed on our own.

The driver and van were top-notch: the vehicle was clean and roomy, and the driver drove smoothly, even on Wuzhen’s narrow rural roads. He always arrived on time and helped with our luggage, making transfers hassle-free.

The itinerary was perfect—West Lake’s beauty, Lingyin Temple’s serenity, and Wuzhen’s canal magic, with no rushed moments. We had time to explore, take photos, and even relax with a cup of tea by the water. This tour made exploring Hangzhou and Wuzhen easy and enjoyable—highly recommend!
