We did a 5-day tour from Shanghai to Beijing and it was honestly one of the smoothest and most rewarding trips we’ve taken in China. The company was super easy to work with—very responsive and flexible when we had a couple of small changes before the trip. Everything was organized down to the minute, but it never felt rushed.
Our guide in Beijing was amazing—spoke fluent English, super knowledgeable, and really passionate about the history. At places like the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven, he brought everything to life with stories and little details you’d never catch on your own. He also helped us navigate local food spots and gave great tips for photos (shoutout to Jingshan Park for the best view over the Forbidden City!).
The driver was just as great—very professional, the van was spotless and comfy, and you barely felt the ride. We never had to wait, and he was always on time with a friendly attitude.

The itinerary was perfect for the time we had. We covered all the major highlights—Tiananmen Square, Mutianyu Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, Jingshan Park, and even a fun walk through the Beijing hutongs, which gave us a taste of local life. It really felt like we saw the best of Beijing without wasting time.
