We had just one day to explore Shanghai, and this tour honestly made the most of every minute. Our guide was amazing—her English was perfect, and she really knew her stuff. She shared so many cool stories about each place we visited, and she was super patient with all our questions. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time.
The company was also super easy to work with. They replied quickly to all our messages and were really flexible when we needed to adjust our pickup time. Everything felt really smooth and well organized from the start.
Our driver was fantastic too. The car was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt super comfortable. He drove so steadily that we actually napped a bit between stops—which was a bonus!
We started the day at Zhujiajiao Water Town, which felt like stepping into a painting with its little canals, stone bridges, and old houses. We took a peaceful boat ride and tried some local snacks—our guide helped us pick the best ones. In the afternoon, we headed back to the city and walked along the Bund for some amazing skyline views. Then we wrapped up at Yu Garden, which was beautiful and surprisingly relaxing despite being in the middle of the city.
The whole day was packed with highlights, but never felt rushed. Perfect if you’re short on time but still want to experience a mix of history, local culture, and those iconic Shanghai views.
