We had a wonderful 5-day trip, starting from Shanghai and including Hangzhou and Suzhou! The tour guides at our two stops were very friendly and spoke English very well. Moreover, at each stop, the guides shared charming stories and cultural insights, such as the peaceful Lingyin Temple and the scenic West Lake cruise, or the historic Hanshan Temple and the charming water town Tongli. Communication with the company is seamless - they respond promptly and are very flexible, which makes the entire planning process a breeze. Our driver is very professional and polite. The car is spotless and has no strange smell. He drives very smoothly. Every time he changes cars, he feels very comfortable and has no pressure. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, so we could enjoy all the highlights without feeling rushed or wasting time. We enjoy visiting temples, cruising on the lake and strolling along the ancient streets of Suzhou's water town - a perfect blend of culture, nature and history. Strongly recommended to anyone who wants to deeply and easily experience Hangzhou and Suzhou from Shanghai!
