First drive a few kilometers to Lujiazui Area of Pudong New District to visit “The Eye of Shanghai” - Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC). Stepping into Shanghai World Financial Center, your journey to the sky starts from the Sky Gate. Then head to Shanghai Museum, One of China’s most esteemed and acclaimed museums.

The Shanghai Museum houses a comprehensive collection that perfectly showcases the Middle Kingdom’s millennia old history. Spread over five floors, Covers most of the major categories of Chinese art with a collection of 12, 300 pieces in 21 categories of valuable cultural relics, including some donations from private collectors. Amongst the items are bronze, ceramics, jade, ancient calligraphy and seals. The excellent Chinese Minority Nationalities’ Art Gallery displays the arts, crafts and traditional clothing of China’s 55 minority groups.

In the afternoon, visit the Tianzifang in Taikang Road. It has become an amazing cluster of the trendy and cultural spots. It is an arts and crafts enclave that has developed from a renovated residential area in the French Concession area of Shanghai, China. It comprises a neighborhood of labyrinthine alleyways off Taikang Road, and is therefore also referred to as Taikang Road or Taikang Lu. Tianzifang is known for small craft stores, coffee shops, trendy art studios and narrow alleys. It has become a popular tourist destination in Shanghai, and an example of preservation of local Shikumen architecture, with some similarities to Xintiandi.

After that, drive you along the The Bund. The Bund is a waterfront area in central Shanghai. The area is in the eastern part of Huangpu District centers on a section of Zhongshan Road ,which runs along the western bank of the Huangpu River, facing the high, modern skyscrapers of Pudong,Traditionally, the Bund begins at Yan'an Road in the south and ends at Waibaidu Bridge in the north, The Shanghai Bund on which you can embrace the best cityscape, feast on the rich architectural fashions ( Gothic, Baroque, Rome, Renaissance, Classic and Mixed Eastern and Western style, etc.) and know why Shanghai is glorified as "Paris of the East". There are a number of attractions in the area, such as Shanghai World Financial Center, The Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Century Park, Century Boulevard, Jinmao Tower etc. It is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Shanghai.

First visit Yuyuan GardenThe best private garden in Shanghai. It was considered the best garden in southeast China. It enjoyed a history over 400 years since its first establishment by Pan yunduan who had intended to bring happiness and pleasure to his parents and relatives. This garden which is a must for visitors from the foreign countries represents the past of Shanghai. The pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters in the garden all have unique characteristics. Next to the Garden is the most popular bazaar in Shanghai, here you can see a wide range of local street food, souvenirs, etc.

Then, drive you to the Shanghai Old Street, which originated in the Qing dynasty. Enjoy more of Shanghai´s history as you drive along the former French Concession, a charming neighborhood established while Shanghai was a French settlement.

In the afternoon, head to the Nanjing Road: When people mention Shanghai's Nanjing Road, they're probably talking about East Nanjing Road, a pedestrian shopping street running for blocks between the northeast corner of People's Square and the Bund. Nanjing Road, 5.5 km in full length, enjoys the reputation as China No. 1 commercial center. It was the earliest commercial street in Shanghai since the city opened to the outside world.On both sides of the street, there are more than 360 malls, department stores, specialized shops, restaurants and cultural and recreational facilities, which receive more than 1.5 million customers everyday. In the day - time, the street is crowned with visitors and when the night falls, the colorful neon lights make the street more attractive.

After that, visit the Jade Buddha Temple: The Jade Buddha Temple, also known as the Shanghai Yufo Temple, is one of the most important Buddhist temples in Shanghai, China. The Jade Buddha Temple was founded in 1882 by Abbot Hui Gen during the reign of Emperor Guang Xu (1875-1908) of the Qing Dynasty and burned down after having been occupied during the 1911 revolution. The temple takes its name from the original two white jade Buddha statues that abbot Hui Gen brought with him from Burma—a sitting statue about 1.95 m (almost 6 1/2 ft) in height and a smaller reclining Buddha.

In the morning, you will be transferred to Suzhou directly (around 1.5 hour for one way).

Today you will starts at the Lingering Garden. Lingering Garden is located outside Changmen Gate in Suzhou, it is one of the four most famous classic gardens in China with a history of over 400 years, the other three being the Summer Palace in Beijing, the Mountain Summer Resort in Chengde, and the Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou. Possessing typical Qing style, it is well-known for the exquisite beauty of its magnificent halls, and the various sizes, shapes, and colors of the buildings. It was recorded on the list of the world heritage by UESCO. Lingering Garden seeks to create stunning natural landscapes within limited space. In it, domiciles, ancestral temples and private gardens are included. Buildings, trees, and flowers blend harmoniously with their surroundings.

Next agenda is Panmen Gate. Panmen Gate is located on the southwest corner of the Grand Canal, Suzhou. With a history of 2,500 years, this city gate is the most completely preserved part of the ruins of the ancient city of Suzhou. The architecture of the wall is truly amazing. The gate is not only one, but many and includes an entire complex of both land gates and water gates. Therefore it is also often called the "Land and Water Gate". Stepping onto the top of the gate, you can see the Wumen Gate Bridge and the Auspicious Light Pagoda. Together, they are popularly known as the Three Scenes at Panmen Gate.

After lunch, pay a visit to Hanshan Temple. Hanshan temple's contemplative park-like atmosphere, its refined architecture and especially its famous bell have inspired both serenity and poetry since its founding 1,500 years ago. The temple houses a remarkable collection of stone tablets etched with Buddhist sutras and Chinese poetry. The temple, considered to be one of the 10 greatest temples in China, owes its fame to a classic Chinese poem called "A Night Mooring by Maple Bridge".

For an authentic taste of city life in old Suzhou, a stroll down Pingjiang Historic Street. Pingjiang Road is a historical street which dates back to the South Song Dynasty. With well-preserved blocks, it acts as an epitome of ancient Suzhou. Walking in Pingjiang Road resembles stepping the daily life of people in old times. The charming night view, delicious local, food, different kinds of handicrafts will give you a wonderful experience.

The last stop is No. 1 Silk Factory. Suzhou No. 1 Silk Mill is a near 100-year old state-owned factory in Suzhou, the city of silk in China. Visit this ancient plan to see closely the real tiny silkworms & silk cocoons, the process of silkworm breeding, cocoon selecting, silk reeling, silk weaving, etc. and appreciate abundant types of silk scarves, garments, quilts and other items to know deeper about silk history and culture in Suzhou, China.
