Day 1 Huangshan Arrival

Pick up service is arranged at your Shanghai downtown hotel (based on your requirement), you will find a welcome sign "Huangshan Private Tour". Drive you to Shanghai train station to catch the train to Huangshan.

Upon on your arrival, your Huangshan driver will wait you at the exit of the Huangshan train station with the same sign. Your private driver will be happy to help you put away your luggage. What you need to do is sitting back and relaxing in the car. Your guide will help you check in the hotel in the downtown Huangshan City and provide information you need. If time permits, visit Tunxi Old Street, an ancient commercial street in center of Tunxi Town.

Day 2 Mt.Huangshan

After breakfast at your hotel, check out and deposit your suitcases in the hotel. You can collect it on your way back. Take your valuables, passport and a small bag or backpack for your overnight stay on the mountain.

Later, drive along Huangshan Expressway to Huangshan Mountain (1.5 hour-drive), Then change for the local green bus and continue to drive for about 15 minutes along the zigzag mountain road before you get to the bus station at Yungu where you will take the cable car from Yungu Station to the top of the mountain.

After checking into your hotel and lunch, you will visit the Brush Pen Peak, is located in front of the North Sea hotel, northeast of Yellow Mountain and close to the Bijia Peak. The elevation is 1,640 meters. A stone stood lifting and outstanding with a round bottom cuspate top, like a brush pen used for calligraphers.

There is an ancient pine tree between the gaps of the peak summit windingly with shade, like fresh flower in full bloom. 

Then followed by a tour to Begin-to-Believe Peak, Beginning-to-Believe Peak is located east of North Sea in Huangshan Mountain at a height of 1,668 meters. Legend has it that in ancient times a man did not believe in the tales people told of the beauty of the Huangshan Mountain. He then traveled here and when he arrived at this Peak, he suddenly realized the truth in the people's description of the mountains beauty, giving this place its name.

Beginning-to-Believe Peak is noted for generous greenery and its shaped rocks. It is said: "The beauty of Huangshan is not fulfilled until you reach this peak". Every year, numerous visitors come in search of its charming beauty.

After lunch, hiking to the Lion Peak, The peak acquires its fame because the peak rock is exposed; stood towering and confronting like a powerful lion lying o-n the high mountains. The peak is 868 meters high and there are 680 level stone ladders from the Jiyun temple to ascend the lion peak. and then moving to the West Sea Grand Canyon. 

At around 17:30pm, you will enjoy the sunset from the Cloud Dispelling Pavilion. Stay overnight at the summit.

Day 3 Huangshan Departure

In the early morning, take the chance to photograph the sunrise on the Yellow Mountain. Then, go down the mountain by cable car and drive to Huizhou Ancient Town. you can enjoy the ancient Hui Style architecture, one type of traditional Chinese architecture and the breathtaking landscape.

Upon arrival, you will first visit the Doushan Street, is a historical residential street in Shexian County, It is named after a neighboring hill called Dou Hill by locals and is a noted tourist attraction in the area, famous for its typical construction style of the local residential houses.

whose characteristics are whitewashed walls, grey tiles and all kinds of stone carving ornaments, flank the winding lane, paved with large pieces of stone slabs. Among them the most outstanding are the Xu, Yang and Wang residential homes.

Then head to visit the Xuguo Stone Archway, Xuguo Stone Archway is the state-level cultural protection site. It is located in the downtown of SheXian County. built in 1584 with gravel tuff in a length of 11.56 meters, 6.77 wide and 11.4 high, the arch was designed with eight pillars and named after "Xu Guo", a grand secretary making great contributions to the empire of Ming.

The delicate pictures
To be the state-level cultural protection site, this stone archway must has it's special valueble, The inside and outside of the east, south, west and north are all decorated with many delicate pictures. In the south, the picture of flying dragon is symbolizing the emperor. Many special pictures on four sides are meaning significantly. Its grandness as the national treasure lets it become Oriental Triumphal Arch.

At the end, transfer you to the train station and you return to Shanghai. Your will be escorted to your hotel in Shanghai (based on your requirement) once you arrive in Shanghai.
